Crocus to build a complex for PBL to be first overseas group to run casino in Russia

According to Financial Times, Publishing and Broadcasting (PBL), the Australian media and gaming group, is poised to become the first foreign group to run a casino in Russia, after reaching agreement with Russian developer Crocus to manage a 164,000 sq m casino, hotel and shopping complex on the outskirts of Moscow.

Crocus, a private company owned by Aras Agalarov, a multi-millionaire real estate developer from Azerbaijan, is building the complex just outside the main Moscow city ring road.
