"Barmek company is responsible for electricity provision until electricity systems are fully delivered, and protocols are signed. This process will start today," the Minister said.

He also said both joint-stock companies can function as state companies in future. This will be decided by the head of state.

"The experience on Barmek shows it is not right to involve any other companies in this field. We have potential to reconstruct the system. Both joint-stock companies can be ruled again," he said.

According to APA, the Minister noted that organizing works in these companies will be over within a month, "As far as we know, some forces want to take provocative steps. But we cannot consent to this."
