Committee for Management of Public Property found some 150 enterprises and facilities squatted properties

As APA reports, during this period about 50 lands were leased out.

The committee also monitors illegal building works, local authorities’ leasing out land properties and facilities without permission of the committee and so on.

It was found that about 150 various facilities and land properties including 137 in Baku, 4 in Ganja, 2 in Sumgait and 1 in Mingechevir were being illegally used and squatted.

In order to prevent these illegal cases, the law breakers were brought to a court.

Durign the seven-month period of this year courts passed decisions on the termination of construction works conducted by about 80 building and business facilities.
