NBA to announce auction on placement of short-term notes Sep. 20

Auction on placement of notes of National Bank will be held at BSE on September 20.

As APA reports, the state registration number of notes is 50103812S. The volume of the issue is AZN 40,000,000, face value per note AZN 200, turnover period 29 days. The maturity date is October 19, 2006.

Noncompetitive bids not exceeding 20% of the issue volume are allowed at the auction.

The auction will be held according to the contract signed between Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Bank (NB) of Azerbaijan Republic on July 5 of 2001.
