Huseyn Arabul: "Energy supply problems inevitable in winter"

Barmek is dissatisfied with the Economic development Ministry's lack of interest in completion of the hand-over test.

"We are ready to sign the act. But, the opposite party delays the process," Barmek President Huseyn Arabul told APA.

He also touched upon the preparation for winter. "We are not allowed to take money abroad and we can't buy necessary equipment. So some energy supply problems are inevitable in winter," he underscored.
