Huseyn Arabul prohibited to leave Azerbaijan

Prosecuting attorney prohibited Barmek-Azerbaijan President Huseyn Arabul to leave Baku for Ankara.

Huseyn Arabul told APA that he wanted to leave Azerbaijan for two days in order to attend Turkish 10th energy Congress held on Nov. 27, but he was not allowed.

He said that another official of the Company made a report on privatization in energy sector at the congress. He had been expected to be presented with an award by the World Energy Organization.
