The Turkish Airways director for Azerbaijan, Necdet Sark, told the APA that the company has 110 aircrafts to make 500 flights a day.
"We intend to open flights from Ganja and Nakhchivan. The Company will buy 35 aircrafts in 2008 to resolve the problem," he said.
He said the Company plans to open Ganja-Istanbul flight in 2008.
"We have already studied the economic efficiency of the flights from Ganja and Nakhchivan and concluded that we can airlift 40 passengers through Ganja-Istanbul and Nakhchivan-Istanbul flights," he underlined.
