In total the deals closed on all instruments on the Baku Stock Exchange during January, 2007 stood at approx. AZN 179.304mln, up 4.5 times the same period last year.
The BSE told APA that 87.49% of the transactions were on T-bills, while T-bills floatation fell 88.34%, corporate bonds 62.22%. No transactions were made on the second market. Repo agreements topped the operations.
