Fairytale fashion on the runway

Azerbaijan's well-known designer Rufat Ismayilov, who lives in Turkey, has presented his collection at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Istanbul.

"I have presented fashion collection titled "Fairy tale". My new collection made a splash at the show. I am proud to be the first Azerbaijani, who takes part in Mercedes Benz Fashion Week,” the designer said while talking to Trend Life.

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week is a series of international fashion weeks sponsored by Mercedes-Benz and produced by IMG.

Notable Mercedes-Benz Fashion Weeks include events in Berlin, Australia, Georgia, Miami, Russia, Istanbul, Mexico, and "Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week New York," held during New York Fashion Week.

Rufat Ismayilov, the founder of the Affair brand,  informed that his collection was presented by such famous models as Tulin Shahin, popular Turkish singer Sinan Akcil, boxer Atakan Arslan and Azerbaijani models Konul Azizova and Gunay Musayeva.

Rufat presented his unique and imaginative collections in Italy, Iran, Turkey, UAE and other countries.

His men's clothing collection was shown at Pitti Uomo 2015, the most important International event for menswear and men accessories collections.

The world's leading fashion publications, including Vogue magazine (Italy) wrote about fashion collection created by the Azerbaijani designer.
