Azerbaijani actress Sevil Khalilova dies

Actress of the Azerbaijani State Academic National Theater Sevil Khalilova died at 58 in Baku. She died at about 6 pm on Monday at home.

Head of the theatre troop Elnur Mammadov said he phoned her two days ago and learned that she had fever heat, but they had to meet next day. “Last evening I learned that she died probably from heart attack”.  Khalilova’s funeral will be held on Tuesday and she will be buried at the family cemetery in the Novkhani village of Baku.

Mrs.Khalilova acted in many TV and other spectacles. Sevil Khalilova was awarded with the title of honourable actress of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on June 23, 1986 and honourable actress of Azerbaijan Republic in 2002.
