Journey into ‘World of Colors’ – PHOTOS

The Azerbaijani Museum of Art with the support of the Culture and Tourism Ministry held an exhibition of the national artist of USSR, holder of the Order of "Istiqlal", Mikail Abdullayev. The exhibition is timed to Abdullayev’s 90th anniversary.

The museum was full of visitors on the opening day. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Culture and Tourism Minister Adalat Valiyev, chairman of the Union of Artists Farhad Khalilov, national artist Agali Ibragimov, friends of the artist and just lovers of art. The artist’s works were exhibited in solo exhibitions in Leytspige, Berlin, Madrid, Milan, Kyoto, New Delhi, many of his works are in collections of the Tretyakov Gallery, Dresden Art Gallery.
