“Oscar of Folklore” presented in Ankara

A presentation ceremony of Turkish Folk Culture of Service Award instituted by the Turkish Folk Culture Research and Application Center in 1981 was held here. The award called “Oscar of Folklore” is presented for services in development of cultural relations in Turkey and in the Turkish world. Scholars of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) are laureates of the award.
