World's smallest frog?

03 August 2011 [15:41] - TODAY.AZ
A professor in China has artificially bred a 0.5cm long frog.

It is reportedly the world's tiniest frog. Smaller than a mung bean, the frog can leap as far as 10cm despite its size.

Hu Gansheng from the Jiangxi province said: "This type of new frog is very small, but very active. They love sports.

"Last year, I went to the suburbs, caught several types of frogs and was dedicated to cross-breeding them to make new frog types."
