Swimmer's embarrassing false start - VIDEO

When participating in a race, an excellent start can make the difference between winning and coming second.

Hamza Labeid, taking part in the 50m freestyle, unfortunately moved far too early, reacting to the voice of the announcer. He seems to realize his mistake as he was falling in, resulting in a rather timid drop into the pool than a proper dive.

The spectators were quick to laugh but even worse, Labeid was disqualified from the race.
