There are 6 candidates to the post of director general of Public Television

The letters of appeal of the candidates to the duty of the director general of PTV were looked into. According to the information given to APA by the member of Transmission Council Fuad Muradov, candidacies of 6 persons have been registered up to date.

The candidates are secretary of Azerbaijan Union of Journalists Ramiz Asker, television expert Elshad Guliyev, vice-president of Azerbaijan Union of Advertisers Alihuseyn Gasimov, editor in chief of “New Caucasus” newspaper Adalet Aliyev, announcer of “Iceberg” program of Azerbaijan State Television Aladdin Asadov and the director of “Place of Hope” nursery Nigar Mansimli.

F.Muradov stated that, the time determined for the admission of documents of the candidates will be over on March 31 at 17.00. Director General will be selected among the candidates to Public Television till April 15.
