"The Ministers of foreign affairs of Armenia and Azerbaijan are involved into constructive dialogue, which may provide significant progress at negotiations".
The Agency Trend reports, the chairman-in-office of OSCE, Slovenia MFA head Dmitriy Rupel informed in his interview to "Mediamax".
"Both states carry the main responsibility for settlement of conflict. The role of OSCE is to stimulate peaceful process. OSCE is to support any negotiation format, which is capable providing any progress and which is agreed by both parties", he said. Commenting on the critics, addressed to Minsk group of OSCE, with which government of Azerbaijan speak regularly, Rupel reminded, the "task of Minsk process of OSCE is to provide parties by corresponding format for dialogue directed to settle the conflict. Since starting point Minsk group of OSCE worked intensively with parties with aim to achieve peaceful process".
Rupel said, conflict settlement may be possible only, if both parties are sure in benefit of peaceful agreement.
