Muradverdiev and Sadychov sacked for the same coup accusation

Fikret Sadychov by the errand of the ex-speaker Guliev had meetings with ex-minister of Finances Fikret Yusifov in the restaurant "Flagman" situated in Novchani settlement, in parks and other places where they have discussed financing issues of the coup. In October 2005, with the help of his driver – Gahraman, he passed to Yusifov ten thousands dollars. The total sum given by the Head of Azerkimya to Yusifov starting 2001 is equal to 30 thousand dollars.

Ex-administrator Muradverdiev has met on October 13, 2005 with Farhad Aliyev in his working cabinet. Aliyev told him that the current government has a short life to live; he and Insanov are afraid of nothing and that the activity directed against the existing power should be intensified.
 
During search at Muradverdiev’s dacha in Novkhany settlement, there were withdrawn $32700, 14000 euro, 9100 pounds, and 209 golden coins of different value, 40 golden watches and other jewelry.
 
During the investigation of the coup case there was arrested a chairman of Shurabad municipality of Khyzi district Nadzhafgulu Guliev, born in 1947.
 
During interrogation became known that he not once witnessed Ali Insanov and Akif Muradverdiev talking at their dacha in Gizilgazma village of Altaagach district about necessity of the coup. Nadzhafgulu Guliev also testified that at some meetings he have seen Fikret Sadychov and other unknown people.

Investigation has showed that on October 2005 Rasul Guliev using different concealed telephone numbers connected with Sabir Bakhshaliev who in 1980 worked at Azerneftyag factory lead by the ex-speaker and entrusted him to create obstacles for his arrest when he arrives in the airport.

Doing the preparation work Bakhshiev has contacted his close friend since 1992 Ilgar Ragimzade who worked back then at Azerneftyag as a worker and recently was working as deputy of chief of police administration of Nasimi district.

On October 16, 2005 Bakhshaliev met with Ragimzade in the friend’s cabinet where he studied plan of police unit’s placement on October 17. Bakhshaliev copied the plan and information about locations where the law enforcement units will be placed and passed it over a phone to the interested parties.

Both Bakhshaliev and Ragimzade are arrested.
