13,564 of the total 31,083 electors (43.4% of) participated in the poll at the First Nizami Constituency #37, 13,557 the total 32,116 electors (42.2%) – the Second Nizami Constituency #38, 15,093 of the total 37,907 electors (38.9%) - the First Kapaz Constituency #39, 17,716 (41.9%) of the total 40,282 electors – the Second Kapaz Constituency #40.

According to preliminary data, Aydin Abbasov, an independent candidate, leads in the First Nizami Constituency #37, Rovhsan Valiyev, an independent candidate, - the Second Nizami Constituency # 38, Vidadi Mammadov – the first Kapaz Constituency #39, and Musa Umid – the Second Kapaz Constituency #40.
