Zakir Garalov: President of "Azerkimya" has never been arrested

"President of "Azerkimya" State Company Fikrat Sadigov has never been arrested, simply a decision was passed on canceling his deputy immunity," stated Prosecutor General Zakir Garalov.

The Prosecutor General saying 12 persons were arrested in connection with the latest happenings noted that the activity of "Azpetrol" is under an investigation: "The investigation is ongoing and millions of facts on tax evasion have been discovered. Depending on the results of investigation it will be decided if the president of the company will be charged for other crimes"
