Arif Hajili plans to apply to European Court on Human Rights

Hajili giving information to APA said that the response letter sent from Constitutional Court substantiate that the investigation of the election issues is beyond the competence of the Constitutional Court and notes that the claim was not met.

Deputy of Musavat chief calling the answer of the court illegal stated that in reality election issues are directly in competence of the Constitutional Court. Hajili saying he has already got the resolution from the court and will appeal to the European Human Rights Court within this week.
