Azeri-Armenian talks intensifying - French diplomat

Peace talks between Azerbaijan and Armenia are intensifying as visits to the region by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs mediating resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict are becoming more frequent, French diplomat has said.

"Those who understand the importance of a peaceful solution should not take steps that could jeopardize the settlement process."

According to AssA-Irada, French diplomat underlined that the international community will see tangible results of the negotiating process in the near future. "It is worth mentioning that much depends on details, but as the target draws nearer, challenges rise," he added.
