Security of diplomatic corps in Azerbaijan intensified

"Over the past few days the security of the diplomatic corps in Azerbaijan has been intensified," said Yashar Aliyev, the deputy head of the Central Police Department of Baku.

"In connection with the last insults on Islam the Central Police Department of Baku intensified the security guard of diplomatic corps and increased the number of policemen around the building with respect to avoid incident," Aliyev told Trend.

The deputy head of the Central Police Department noted that at present the police guard of the embassies and consulates are in condition to prevent any attacks and provocations.
