Russia to be guarantor of peaceful settlement

As APA reports, Mr.Kaminin said that if Azerbaijan and Armenia reach an agreement, Moscow will render its diplomatic assistance: "Like all Caucasian countries, Russia is also concerned about the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. Russia will continue active cooperation in the settlement of this conflict".

The diplomat stressed that the parties must determine the formula of settlement of the conflict. M.Kaminin stated that Russia would support satisfying variant for both parties: "In case a compromise is achieved, Moscow is ready to be the guarantor of the conlict settlement".

M.Kaminin also added that Russia's position due to the Karabakh problem remains unchanged.
