Elmar Mammadyarov and Heydar Babayev invited to France

As APA informs, the goal of the conference is to provide financial assistance to poor countries. The president of France Jacques Chirac advanced a proposal to provide such assistance at UN session.

He suggested deducting some amount from sale of air tickets in developed countries and transferring that amount to a Special Fund. The Fund, in its turn, will provide collected funds to poor countries. The Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov and Minister of Economic Development Heydar Babayev were invited to the conference.
