Turk States Parliamentary Assembly to be set up

"Azerbaijan's suggestion of establishing Parliamentary Assembly of Turk States has been approved by all. The format of the Assembly is to be discussed," Turkey-Azerbaijan Interparliamentary Friendship Group co-chair Nizami Jafarov stated.

As APA reports, Mr.Jafarov said that establishment of such an Assembly would be a long process.

"Creation of this assembly is inevitable. The ongoing processes in the world make it necessary to set up an organization of Turk states at least on parliament level," he concluded.
