According to him, the Azerbaijani side is likely to be headed at the consultations by the deputy Foreign Minister Makhmud Mammadguliyev and deputy Minister of Economic Development Mikail Jabbarov.
Mammdov reminded, initially EU proposed its own draft Action Plan within ENP and the Azerbaijan's side put forward its amendments followed by the response from EU. "On March 7 we will discuss a joint version and once we agreed on all items, I think, during spring the document will be coordinated for approval by all 25 EU states," Mammadov said.
He noted, in September or October, after the sitting of the EU-Azerbaijan cooperation council the document will enter into force, Trend informs.
It should be mentioned on 12 December 2005 the official start to discussions of the Action Plan between Azerbaijan and EU within the European Neighbourhood Policy was launched. At that time the European Commission Director for Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia office head, Hugues Mingarelli visited Baku.
