Some members of Milli Mejlis prepare a draft, intended to finance the parties which are not represented in the parliament from the state budget.
Fazil Qazanfaroglu, the member of the Parliament's permanent commission on human rights, informed ANS about it. He says that according to the draft, to be soon presented to the Parliamentary discussion, only some parties of 50 will be able to be financed by the state budget.
According to the authors of the draft, these parties will get 10.000 AZN every month. But Ali Ahmadov, the executor secretary of NAP, says that to finance the parties which are not represented in the parliament will be illogical. So, there must be a difference between the parties which won people's confidence and the parties which didn't.
Meanwhile, in Europe mainly the parties which are represented in the parliament are financed by the state budget.
Baku office of OSCE held a seminar with the political parties about the finance process in Azerbaijan. Shahin Aliyev, the chief of the judicial investigation section in President's office, also took part in the seminar.
According to the information, given from the parliamentary commission on juridical policy and state construction, this process can be realized only at the end of 2006.
