SCC chair received delegation from Iran

As APA informs, the member of the delegation, Chief of the customs head office of Erdebil province Javad Serabi said that no serious problems exist at the border of the two countries. He invited Mr.Aliyev to Tehran on behalf of his Iranian counterpart Mahammad Hashim Rehberi.

Mr.Serabi stressed the importance of Bilasuvar frontier market's starting activity.

He notes that the Iranian party welcomes increasing the number of frontier check-points. Mr.Serabi also said that there's no problem in opening of the Aslanduz-Horadiz customs check-point.

Mr.Aliyev stressed that chiefs of customs check-points operating at the border with Iran were instructed to meet with their Iranian counterparts once a month for solution of possible problems.

The SCC chair said that the Bilasuvar market was of great significance for the south region of Azerbaijan, however, operation of the market was unsuccessful due to obstacles created by some businessmen at the initial period of establishment.
