Azerbaijan is represented in the talks by the delegation headed by Deputy foreign minister Mahmud Mammadguliyev.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Tahir Taghizadeh told APA that cooperation in political security, economic as well as energetic fields is discussed at the talks. The high-level delegation includes deputy economic minister Mikayil Jabbarov and other ministries and department representatives.
If the Individual Cooperation Plan is approved, the document will be sent to the 25 EU countries for discussion. After agreement of these countries, the Individual Cooperation Plan will be adopted. The EU representatives say that after joining the Neighborhood Policy, Azerbaijan will find great strategic partners and will benefit by the European experience.
