EU Special Envoy for the South Caucasus visits Baku

The new European Union Special Envoy for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby will visit Baku on Thursday.

The German Embassy in Azerbaijan informed APA that the objective of the visit is to familiarize with the region.

The EU Special Envoy will leave for Georgia and Armenia after that.

During his stay in Baku until Mach 15, Mr.Semneby will have talks with Azerbaijani state officials, NGO's, political party leaders and discuss Azerbaijan's joining European Neighborhood Policy.
