Edward Lintner and Werner Munch met opposition leaders

Edward Lintner, deputy chief of CE Parliamentary Assembly Commission on Legal Affairs and Human Rights and Werner Munch, European Union expert today separately met with opposition leaders.

In the negotiations they stressed the need of opposition for participating in re-round elections. Edward Lintner was interested in problems occurring during the elections and made suggestions.

"They were interested in the position of party members in participating in re-round elections and any problems during the re-round elections," Etibar Mammadov, AMIP leader, told ANS.

Besides elections human rights in Azerbaijan and political prisoners issue was discussed. Amil Hajiyev.
