Samed Seyidov: "One of the PACE delegation members to discuss military bases in the country"

One of the PACE (Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe) delegation's Azerbaijani members will discuss the situation with the human rights violations at the military bases in the country at the PACE spring session, head of the Parliamentary Delegation, Samed Seyidov stated.

"We will explain that we don't have any problems on that matter," he said.

Project on the human rights of military personnel in the member states was included into the PACE spring session that is to take place in Strasbourg from 10 to 13 April 2006.

The project 10861 was written by the Bulgarian representative Alexander Arabadjiyev in order to protect human rights of the military personnel.

Regulations of the project are based upon the European convention on human rights.
