Azernews reports, citing Azertag that State Department spokesman Matthew Miller told this in a press conference. He said that the only thing the US can continue to do is encourage them to step forward.
"Signing an agreement is crucial for the peace, stability, and security of both nations and the region as a whole. We believe that peace is possible, but it requires the parties to make difficult decisions and compromise.
"We will continue to push the parties to resolve this latest disagreement and reach an agreement," the State Department official said.
