Mirzoyan wants to lay down rails between Azerbaijan and Turkiye

Yerevan does not want to be an obstacle for Azerbaijan and Turkiye, but wants to be a link between them, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said at a press conference in Yerevan.
