Will Macron blame Azerbaijan for ALL his failures?

The French have a funny president. Paris overslept the war in Ukraine - it blames Azerbaijan. They failed in Syria, and he blames Azerbaijan again. 

African countries are kicking the French one after another - and Macron blames whom for this? That's right, Azerbaijan. 

Do overseas Territories want independence because they are tired of living in poverty? Naturally, Azerbaijan is to blame for this, Macron believes. 

Is there a problem in this world that Macron WON'T blame Baku for? Or will he even try to blame his failures with his wife on Azerbaijan?
