Born to Crawl invited to fly: about American calculation and Armenian naivety

Armenians have a reason to celebrate: Anthony Blinken and Ararat Mirzoyan performed what can only be called a miracle in Washington today! They signed an agreement on strategic cooperation between the United States and Armenia.

Mirzoyan should have been seen! Happy as a puppy being taken from a shelter, he could barely contain his joy. Blinken, on the other hand, was emphatically serious, albeit optimistic. Of course, because of the two of them, only he truly understood what he was signing today and why.

Less than a minute had passed, and there was jubilation in the Armenian media. Listening to them, one would think that Armenia would literally wake up the next morning as a new country: rich, developed, and a role model! And maybe the Americans will cancel their visa restrictions... Dreams, dreams!

I wonder if a mouse caught by a large and predatory eagle, being carried to its nest, also rejoices as it flies? Born to crawl, suddenly it finds itself on top, thinking, "Envy me, envy me!" But in the end, the eagle will simply devour it.
