Armenians begged Snoop Dogg for budget money

"Armenian citizens can sleep in peace—the funds for the canceled Snoop Dogg concert have been refunded.

 

The Armenian authorities allocated 2.3 billion drams (approximately $6 million) from the state budget to organize the failed Snoop Dogg concert."
