Rovshan Novruzoghlu: "US runs secret jails in occupied Azeri land"

US secret jails have been set up in Nagorno Karabahh, an Azeri region under Armenian occupation, a political analyst has said.

"The Russian Federation's secret service has acquired incontrovertible facts in this regard," Rovshan Novruzoghlu told a roundtable dedicated to the environmental plight of the occupied territories.

According to AssA-Irada, he said Armenians had allocated 11 hectares of areas with felled trees for the purpose in the Lachin and Kalbajar districts of Azerbaijan.

"It is not known yet who is kept at the prisons and the conditions of their detention. The matter is currently under scrutiny," Novruzoghlu said.
