Milli Majlis expertise economic legislation norms

Azerbaijani parliament plans to affirm several laws with the aim of improving business and investment environments in the country in the near future.

As APA reports, the economic legislation is now expertised by the parliament. Weaknesses in law and normative legal documents spectrum that is required at further stages will be determined in the result of this analysis.

Crediting, leasing and mortgaging activities as well as ownership regulation, banking and insurance activity, tax policy, attracting investments and other actual subjects will be focused on now.
