Musavat Party chairman Isa Gambar has refused meeting with Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe co-rapporteurs, Andreas Gross and Andres Herkel.

Isa Gambar has told APA as a reason of his rejecting to meet with co-rapporteurs, with short of time.

"At present we are getting ready to congress of the party. We shall meet if we have time."
