GUAM International Cooperation Council of NGOs to be established

The National NGO Forum told APA that the NNGOF delegates have already launched talks with NGOs of GUAM member states. The talks brought together NGOs from Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria and Romania, which are not GUAM members.

Consultations on establishing the GUAM International Cooperation Council of NGOs will be held in Bucharest on 4-9 June. President of Azerbaijan's National NGO Forum Azay Guliyev will chair the meeting. The documents on founding the ICC will be prepared and issues on setting up a working group will be discussed during the consultations.
