Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Jordan to take up his duties

According to the first Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Jordan Elman Arasli, he will leave for Oman on July 5 to take up his duties.

Before that Elman Arasli was extraordinary and plenipotentiary Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Saudi Arabia.

"When I was working in Oman, Gatar and Bahrain I represented Azerbaijan as an ambassador, acted as permanent representation in Islamic Conference Organization."

Working staff of the new Ambassador has already been defined, added that Jordan is not a new country for him, yet in the period of the USSR he worked in this country as counsellor for 5 years, APA reports.
