Azerbaijan and Chelyabinsk conclude agreement on cooperation

The document was signed by Azerbaijani economic development minister Heydar Babayev and Chelyabinsk assistant governor Valentin Buravlyov.

Russian Federation trade officer in Azerbaijan Valeri Kuzovkov, told APA that the framework agreement includes implementation of projects on leasing, information exchange, establishment of financial groups and joint ventures in order to contribute to mutual cooperation on industry, entrepreneurship etc.

Issues on organization of mutual visits of Azerbaijani and Russian businessmen will also be discussed.
