Heydar Aliyev Park opened in Istanbul

APA associate reports from the Istanbul that?on Wednesday?at 12.00 by local time, opening ceremony of the Heydar Aliyev park and his monument has already started in Sariyer territory. In the opening ceremony, Sariyer municipality chief Yusif Tulin made an?opening speech.
