Foreign Minister receives European Commission delegation

As APA reports, the visitor highly appreciated Azerbaijan policy on integration into the European Union adding that the current achievements serve the interests of both sides.

The sides also exchanged views on the talks held between Azerbaijan and the EU on the Action Plan in the frames of the European Neighborhood Policy. They expressed pleasure that the Action Plan will be agreed upon principally.

Touching on the negotiating process for the resolution of the Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno Karabakh conflict, Minister Mammadyarov stressed importance of peaceful resolution of the conflict and increased efforts by the world community as well as the European Union for this purpose.
