Consul in Lebanon: "Azerbaijanis in Lebanon are evacuated since 16 July"

"There are about 100 Azerbaijanis living in Lebanon. They are mainly women, who married to Lebanese men," Azerbaijani honored consul Nazih Gassub stated.

The diplomat said there are no Azerbaijanis among those suffered due to Israel's raiding Lebanese territories.

Mr. Gassub said foreign nationals as well as Azerbaijanis have been evacuated from the country since Sunday. They are being removed from the capital Beirut through Syria.

The honored consul also said most Azerbaijanis fled to Dubai. Some of them want to come to Azerbaijan.
