OIC tourism ministers' 5th conference starts in Baku

The conference is attended by 38 Islamic countries, APA reports.

Azerbaijani Tourism and Culture Minister, Abulfaz Garayev, opened the conference and said that the meeting will contribute to tourism exchange between Islamic countries.

"We will deliberate upon a number of projects including tourism market of Islamic countries. Participants will visit places of interest of Azerbaijan and meet local tourism companies' representatives. Moreover, they will get acquainted with Azerbaijan's cuisine."

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, OIC Secretary General, Ekmeleddin Ihsanoghlu, WTO Secretary General Francesco Frangialli will also attend the conference on September 11.
Conference is over on September 12.
