Azerbaijan's Consul General meets Karelia's head

As is stated, G. Osmanov has met the head of Republic of Kareliya Sergey Katanandov. At a one-hour long meeting also were present the federal inspector on Kareliya, the special representative of the President of Russia in Northwest region V. Shmykov and other officials, member of the Council of a national autonomy of Azerbaijanis of St. Petersburg A. Salmanov and a member of the Azerbaijan Diaspora in Kareliya E. Ismayilov. S. Katanandov said that the situation now is stable in Kondopoga and under control of local authorities. 20 Azerbaijan families, which have left the city, have returned.
