Oskanian again refused to meet Azeri FM

Private meetings with the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group will be probably held, Oskanian said.

"I have a number of bilateral meeting in New York on September 24, including a meeting with the co-chairs," the Minister said, adding that to a certain degree the cause of not holding a meeting of Armenian and Azeri FMs lies in inclusion of the item on 'frozen conflicts' in the UN GA agenda at the initiative of the GUAM (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Moldova).

It was reported that Mammadyarov and Oskanian will meet in New York on 24 or 25 September this year.
