Arrest of Rafig Aliyev prolonged for six months

Nasimi district court considered the public prosecutor's solicitation for prolonging of Azpetrol Group of Companies former president Rafig Aliyev's arrest for more six months presided by Judge Famil Nasibov. Rafig Guliyev, his lawyer said the court met the solicitation.

Rafig Aliyev was accused of new crimes on Criminal Code 213, 28.220, 278 articles in September 28. Aliyev was arrested under Criminal Code article 206.4. He is held in National Security Ministry jail now, APA informs.
